For all online sessions I use Owl Practice which is specifically designed for psychotherapy. Owl Practice meets Canadian Health Privacy Standards.

In-Person COVID-19 Precautions
Cheat Sheet: What should I bring? A mask (or one will be provided), a travel mug for water during the session (optional).
In-person sessions require a brief COVID screening at the door with a mask. Please bring your own mask or one will be provided for you. Masks are now optional to wear during a psychotherapy session. **Masks must be worn for in-person energy healings.** If you are mask exempt you can either wear a face shield or book a session online.
The Hamilton Centre for Personal Development (which includes my office) will be following all of Ontario’s COVID-19 Health & Safety regulations for cleaning & sanitization.
What If I Don’t Pass the Pre-screening Questions?
If either you or I do not pass the pre-screening questions, appointments will be online. If I do not pass the pre-screening questions, I will do my best to notify you with as much notice as possible. For those whom an online session is not possible, the appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.
