Clarity Sessions to Support You When You Feel Stuck With A Client
As a psychotherapist I receive regular clinical supervision to help support and mentor me with my clients. I’ve wanted to provide something similar to energy healers and came up with clarity sessions.
We’ve all been there. You’re great at what you do, but you’re finding yourself triggered, exhausted, or overwhelmed after seeing certain clients. You’re not sure what to do. You wonder if therapy would help, but don’t want to gingerly explain your line of work to a therapist. You want to freely talk about auras or energy healing or spirituality. You also want help.
I am a psychotherapist who won’t shy away from talking about chakras, auras, or energy because I love talking about those things too. With compassionate exploration, I can help you both with practical solutions and help you identify your personal blocks and shift them. As we shift within ourselves, we help our clients move forward on their healing journey too. My goal is to compassionately help you be the best practitioner you can be.
How Are Clarity Sessions Different From Coaching?
Business coaches help you build your business and offer concrete advice and strategies to do so. I focus on helping you as a practitioner and meeting your inner needs. Struggling to raise your fee? Wondering whether to change a niche or make a change to how you run your business and finding yourself stuck? As a psychotherapist, I have the skill to help you dive deeply into your blocks so that you can move forward. Clarity sessions help you become the best version of you.
How Does it Work?
First, you’ll schedule your Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation so that I can answer any questions you may have about clarity sessions. If you decide to move forward, then you we’ll schedule your first session.
Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes. Each session can include some energy healing, depending on your needs.
The frequency of sessions is up to you. If your job is an energy healer, monthly sessions can be helpful as a measure of self-care and keeping your own energy clear as you meet with clients. You may have noticed that sometimes you get a group of clients who all have the same issue. Clarity sessions can help you reflect on this and go deeper in your work with clients.
Some practitioners like to seek out clarity sessions when the need arises. Sessions can be booked on an as needed basis too. We can discuss what might work best for your situation during the free 15 minute phone consultation.
Insurance Coverage for Clarity Sessions
Clarity Sessions are under the umbrella of counselling and/or psychotherapy. Many extended health insurance plans will reimburse you for the cost of counselling/psychotherapy by a practitioner who is a Registered Social Worker (RSW). In Canada, counselling/psychotherapy services can be deducted on your income tax return.
